Shipping and delivery

Every Aster & Vale piece is made up and dispatched from our workshop partner in Guangdong, China, and delivered to your door on DDP terms — delivered duty paid.

What delivery costs

Orders of £75 and over — free. Orders under £75— £5.99.

The cost is shown at checkout before you pay. There is nothing else to pay afterwards.

How long it takes

Four to ten working days from the day you order. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday start counting from the next working day.

You get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Duties and taxes

We ship DDP. Import duty, VAT and any other import charges are settled by us before your parcel reaches the border. You will not be asked for money on delivery, you will not receive a customs invoice, and nothing is added at checkout: the price you see is the price you pay.

Where we ship

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. If you are elsewhere and would like one of our pieces, email us and we will tell you whether we can reach you and what it would cost.

If something goes wrong in transit

If tracking has not moved for seven working days, or the parcel is marked delivered and you do not have it, email us at [info@astervale.co.uk] with your order number. We chase the carrier and, where the parcel is genuinely lost, we send a replacement or refund you in full. You are not left to argue with a courier on your own.

Your address

Please check the delivery address on your order confirmation. If you spot a mistake, tell us within a few hours and we can usually correct it before the parcel is dispatched.
